04 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Offer
New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To cash out the welcome bonus, you must complete the required wagering turnover. If that turnover is not met within 30 days from claiming the bonus, the bonus will be void.
General Rules for Using Bonuses
- Each bonus comes with a specific wagering multiplier, typically from 10x to 30x.
- Your own balance is used first before bonus money can be played.
- Bonus wagering may not apply to every game.
- You cannot take another bonus while you still have an active one.
Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

While playing Single Deck Blackjack, card counting or using any kind of software is completely prohibited. If this kind of activity is detected, any winnings from that session will be confiscated.
06 Prohibited Activities
To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for every member, BETPK has imposed a total ban on certain activities. Anyone caught violating these rules will face strict action.
- Using BETPK to launder money or transfer illegal funds
- Attempting to hack, phish, or launch cyber attacks against the BETPK platform
- Opening multiple accounts in order to exploit bonus offers
- Using auto-betting bots or any software to place bets in games
- Colluding with other players in a fraudulent scheme
- Using the BETPK brand, name, or logo without prior permission
- Collecting or misusing the personal information of other members
- Attempting to discover or exploit weaknesses in the BETPK system
Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above gives BETPK the right to close your account and confiscate your balance at any time without notice. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

11 Dispute Resolution
When a dispute comes up between BETPK and a member, we always prefer to settle it through open discussion. The steps we follow to resolve disputes are listed below.
Steps for Resolving Disputes

- Step 2: If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, bring the matter up to management.
- Step 3: BETPK's dispute resolution team will review your case within seventy-two (72) hours.
- Step 4: If no final solution is reached, the matter may be referred to an independent third party for mediation.
Deadline for Submitting Complaints
Any complaint about a specific transaction or game result must be submitted within 30 days from the date the incident happened. Complaints received after that 30-day period will no longer be accepted.
